Munjuru (sounds like "moon jewel") features the music of Mako and her ensenble. Singing and playing classical, folk, and sometimes modern Okinawan songs on the sanshin is what they do for fun. See our Photos to see what a sanshin is. We will be uploading some more sound clips soon so stay tuned!

 Shundo at 2010 New Year's PartyMunjuru performed Shundo at the Okinawa Kenjin Club's 2010 New Year's party. The dance depicts 2 pretty women and 2 less pretty women, eventually telling the message that it's the heart that counts, and not how you look.
